I was really bored, and I just felt like sketching in Photoshop. Harley is sooo much fun to just doodle, because he's so flamboyant and full of life and vibe- he's a freaking animator's dream. XD All of these excited lines and yummy curves you get to throw in there when drawing him... lol!

Harley's sighin' pathetically about his dream boy here. ;P I wonder who it could possibly beeeee? Hehe.
